Andy Dundon, Head of Device Engineering, GSK R&D Ltd will give a talk about the potential opportunities for a career in the development of drug delivery systems within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Andy leads a group who are responsible for the design, development and industrialisation of all GSK drug delivery systems in support of new medicines. The opportunities in this space are increasing as new drug modalities are developed, new patients groups are targeted for novel therapies, access to patients and design for sustainability becomes a key challenge.

This talk should be of interest to anybody interested in a career in mechanical design and/or associated manufacturing technologies that scale new drug delivery system.
